Refund Policy

Jabbar Digital Group LLC provides professional software development, IT consulting, automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital product services. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed service scope, project stage, delivered work, and written agreement with the client.

Service-Based Work

Fees paid for completed consulting sessions, delivered software work, technical setup, completed milestones, or approved project stages are generally non-refundable.

Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled before work begins, the client may request a refund review. Any approved refund may be reduced by processing fees, administrative costs, or work already performed.

Custom Agreements

Specific refund terms may be included in a written invoice, proposal, contract, or service agreement. In such cases, the written agreement will control.
